Billing
You are billed Monthly at a set fee for the options and Notifications Types used.
Monthly Billing is Forward Billed.
SMS/Email
Each Client Account can set their limit of SMS and Email notifications. There is a Free amount of SMS’s on each account, and if you require more it can be added.
Support
We have Online Support and this is handled by a Ticketing Service to track each Client Quries with a Fast Turnaround Time.
Vehicle Warranty
Our Devices are all Vehicle Warranty Friendly, and we dot not cut into your Vehicle Wiring Harness.
No Coverage in my Area
Certain Hardware types have an option for Sattelite Link Communication.
Platform Access
You have full access to the Platform and all options it is not limited.
Remote Monitoring
For an Extra Charge Per Month we can Monitor and Alert you on any Driver Misuse or Alerts that are Critical.
